# 2.1

This is the first response to one of the source cards. Just to briefly explain how the numbering system will work, each source card is given a number and title (e.g. # 4 - What Is It That Truely Scares You?). When a response is issued to a source card, it will be given a two number code. The first number denotes which source card it relates to, while the second number tells you the order of the responses to the source card (i.e. whether it was the first, second, third...)

As such, this is the first response to # 2 - We Are All The Same Race...

To Clarify...

To anyone who has received one of the numerous envelopes distributed around Edinburgh recently:

The small envelope inside your pack is correctly addressed. I realise it is different to the Edinburgh address listed on this website, but rest assured it will reach me.

There will be a mass dispersal of packs soon in Bath - much larger than ever before - which should really kickstart the project. We shall see...

Update

I'm delighted with both of the responses I've received from the second set of envelopes distributed. If you are reading creators, thank you very much for your contributions to the project. I'll wait until more of the envelopes have been returned before deciding exactly what the next step in the project is, but both are suitable as source cards and will feature in the project in one way or another.
The 5 remaining envelopes (at the time of writing) will be distributed eventually.
I'd also like to open the project up to anyone else who might be reading. If you have any suggestions for the how the project should be directed, requests for envelope distribution locations or any other ideas at all, either leave a comment on this post or email me at mdggeorge@aol.com.
Also, if you want to submit your own source cards or response cards, send them to:
The Curiosity Project
Flat 1, First Floor
5 Lauriston Park
Edinburgh
EH3 9JA
If issuing a response card, please be sure to make it clear which source card you are responding to. All cards should be postcard size (a quarter of a sheet of A4).

PS. Apologies for the formatting problems that continue to plague these posts. I am sure I have the sympathy of anyone who has experience of using Blogger.

# 3 - What's The One Thing You Would Never Want Your Parents To Know?

# 2 - We Are All The Same Race

Written by the creator on the back of the card:

'(BLACK AND WHITE ARE POLITICAL TERMS DESIGNED FOR SEGREGATIONAL PURPOSES)

I'm going for a job interview in a couple of days which is working with children from the ethnic minority communities in North Edinburgh. So race and ethnicity are on my mind.

NOTE: Humans of different skin colours and physical features all are from one race, the human race, scientifically, biologically we are the same race (aka species).'
